What You’ll Do
- Prepare high-quality coffee and tea beverages (espresso, matcha, specialty teas, cold brews) and sandwiches/bites.
- Engage with customers in a warm, genuine way
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and cafe.
- Learn and execute our tea and coffee recipes with consistency
- Help with prep (tea concentrates, Cold brews, etc.)
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
Who You Are
- Friendly, outgoing, and reliable
- Genuinely interested in coffee, tea, or hospitality
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented (you care how drinks look and taste)
- Weekend availability is a plus
- Cleanliness and Operational Logistics
- Good attitude and willingness to learn.

- Have barista or café experience
- Taking Initiative
- Cleanliness and Operational Logistics
- Have worked with coffee/tea or are curious to learn deeply about it
- Enjoy talking to customers and building regular relationships
