We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Oversee nightly front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Conduct comprehensive overnight audits of daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies
- Manage multi-line phone systems and respond promptly to guest requests or issues using excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of common areas, and controlling access to the property during overnight hours
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication between shifts
- Assist guests with special requests, resolve complaints efficiently, and promote guest satisfaction through personalized service
- Support hotel management in administrative tasks such as updating reservations and managing guest information in hotel management systems
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, proactive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism, discretion, and a positive attitude
- Previous experience working in a resort or similar hospitality environment is advantageous
- Familiarity with guest services protocols, phone etiquette, and guest relations strategies
