Construction Superintendent :
The Construction Superintendent will work closely with the Project Managers and Estimators to oversee and manage disaster restoration projects from inception to completion. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely and quality restoration.
Primary duties include but are not limited to:
- · Assist in managing and overseeing disaster restoration projects, including fire and water damage reconstruction.
· Coordinate with project managers, estimators, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
· Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Track punch list and supplementary items.
· Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily logs, photos, schedules, and reports.
· Communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
· Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards and RAM's required level of quality.
· Tracking draw schedules, assist in collecting payments
· Attend team meetings prepared to update on status of projects
· Meet municipal inspectors as needed for projects
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
· 3 years of verified experience in construction or insurance restoration
· Pass criminal background checks (no felonies)
· Authorized to work in United States
· Clear driving record
