Merit Logistics has up to 3 full-time, permanent, Warehouse Associate positions in Greenwood, IN. The position is located inside the Aldi Distribution Warehouse, as a Merit Logistics Employee (3rd Party Logistics).

Starting Pay is $18.50/hr. This includes an average hourly incentive bonus based on productivity performance. Potential to make more via team wide incentive based bonuses.
Paid weekly on Friday!
Shift Availability:
3rd Shift: 10:00PM~6:00AM (start on time, work til finish every day, early or late)
Qualifications:
- Reliably punctual
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work (location below).
- Looking for team-orientated, hard-working individuals.
- A positive attitude is always required.
- Open to change and can work in a fast-paced environment both as a team and independently.
- Warehouse experience is required
- The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Responsibilities:
- Unload and process/breakdown warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, sort).
- Must be able to lift from 5lbs to 50lbs overhead consistently and productively.
- Must be able to work a full shift in the freezer (~15 degrees Fahrenheit)
- Keep a clean and safe working environment.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules ,and regulations.
- This is a 7-day operation with a 5-day work schedule that the Site Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Greenwood, IN 46143: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Warehouse: 2 years (Preferred)
