Full-Time Housekeeper Hilton Garden Inn Findlay
The Hilton Garden Inn Findlay is currently seeking dependable, detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. We are looking for individuals who take pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards and delivering excellent guest experiences.
As a Housekeeper, you will play an important role in ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming for every guest.
Position Responsibilities
Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms and hotel areas, including:
- Making beds and changing linens
- Dusting furniture and surfaces
- Vacuuming floors and carpets
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms
- Removing trash and recyclables
- Restocking guest room amenities and supplies
- Maintaining overall cleanliness of guest rooms and work areas
Additional responsibilities include:
- Following all hotel safety and sanitation procedures
- Properly handling and storing cleaning chemicals
- Wearing required safety equipment when provided
- Reporting maintenance concerns, damages, or unsafe conditions
- Reporting rooms that cannot be serviced to a supervisor
- Responding professionally to guest requests and concerns
- Turning in lost and found items according to hotel procedures
- Assisting with deep-cleaning projects as needed
- Communicating effectively with housekeeping team members and other hotel departments
- Completing additional duties as assigned
Employees are expected to maintain a professional attitude and immediately report suspicious activity or safety concerns to management.
Schedule Requirements
Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Typical Shift Hours
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type
- Full-Time: Approximately 30–40 hours per week
- Part-Time positions available
