The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and closeout of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:

Lead projects from preconstruction through final turnover

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts

Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and owners

Oversee contract administration, change management, and procurement

Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and contract requirements

Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities clearly to stakeholders

Mentor project engineers and support team development
Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects

Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, and contract administration

Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities

Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera)

Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills

Experience working in active or occupied facilities preferred
