The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience in Salesforce solution architecture and multi-cloud implementation (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Deep knowledge of system integration, data modeling, and security practices.
- Ability to design scalable, high-performance solutions that drive business value.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proven experience mentoring and guiding development teams on best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present complex solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of Salesforce technologies, with a commitment to staying current with new features and innovations.
- Experience in Salesforce solution architecture, including multi-cloud implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of system integrations, data modeling, and security protocols.
- Ability to design scalable, efficient solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Proven experience in leading complex projects from design to delivery for at least 5 years
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring and guiding team members.
- A deep understanding of Salesforce technologies, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest features and best practices.
- Experience in identifying and managing technical risks, ensuring compliance, and implementing security best practices.
- A problem-solving attitude, with the ability to propose innovative solutions to meet client needs.
- Capability to develop a change/communication strategy.
