What You'll Do
No two days look the same. This role blends delivery, client service, and warehouse operations.
Delivery & Client Experience
- Safely operate company vans and box trucks for daily deliveries
- Be the face of Office Libations — professional, positive, and client-focused
- Keep every client space clean, organized, and picture-perfect
- Anticipate needs and solve problems on-site before they're voiced
Warehouse & Inventory
- Pick, pack, and prep daily orders accurately
- Run quality checks on incoming inventory
- Maintain accurate counts and support FIFO processes
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
Operations & Growth
- Assist with local supply runs and day-to-day operational tasks
- Spot opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
- Help drive the successful growth of our New York branch
Schedule & Physical Requirements
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Start time: 3:00 AM, 8–9 hour shifts — you'll be done by early afternoon with the rest of your day free
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
What You Bring
- Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- A positive, team-oriented mindset
- Preferred but not required: experience in delivery, warehouse, logistics, or merchandising
