Customer-Critical Work
This role supports customer-owned tooling that goes straight into production—meaning quality, accuracy, and readiness matter every time.

What You’ll Do
- Inspect, clean, refurbish, and prepare customer tooling for production use
- Ensure all tooling is up to spec by reading and interpreting drawings
- Replace hardware, remove rust/defects, and restore tools to production-ready condition
- Perform ID counts and condition checks on incoming tooling
- Prioritize work to meet customer schedules and deadlines
- Track time and jobs in the system accurately
- Support and help train teammates
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude (repair, troubleshooting, hands-on work)]
- Ability to read drawings; basic GD&T preferred
- Strong work ethic—punctual, reliable, and accountable
- Comfortable working in a shop environment (lifting, equipment use, etc.)
- Team-oriented with clear communication skills

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
