KidsPark Brandon is a safe, fun, pay-as-you-play childcare center for children ages 2–12. We offer flexible, hourly care during the day, evenings, and weekends—with no reservations required. KidsPark provides engaging experiences for every age, including STEAM-based preschool, enrichment activities, after-school and back-up care. Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily center operations and serve as the point person during assigned shifts
- Model professionalism, teamwork, and excellent customer service for staff and families
- Take initiative to identify and solve problems before they impact operations or the customer experience
- Support, coach, and motivate team members to maintain high standards of care and engagement
- Ensure compliance with all DCF licensing requirements, health and safety regulations, and KidsPark policies
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the center
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff through warm and effective communication
- Implement engaging play-based activities for children ages 2–12
- Contribute creative ideas for activities, events, and center improvements
- Serve meals and snacks according to health and safety guidelines
- Assist with opening, closing, and operational duties as assigned
Requirements
KidsPark is a State-Licensed Facility. Candidates must meet Florida DCF Child Care Licensing requirements, including:
- Completion of a state-approved 45-hour introductory child care training, CDA, or equivalent formal education
- Completion of annual in-service training hours as required by DCF
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain promptly)
- Successful completion of Level 2 background screening, fingerprinting, and drug screening
