Home decor importer/distributor, warehouse located in Rancho Cucamonga is seeking a bilingual (Mandarin speaking) full-time Associate to help with daily operations and internal sales.
-Job Description:
- Sales Support: assist in sales-related responsibilities
- Communications with buyer and vendors.
- Prepare samples for in-person meeting with buyer. Send meeting notes to vendors and follow up all the updates. and send feedback to buyer.
- Customer service: communicate with clients for order processing and questions
- Help design team to prepare the CADs and pictures
-Skills/Qualifications:
- Speaking bilingual Mandarin language
- Proficient in Windows, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Strong grammar, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of independence
- Ability to multitasks
- Experience with International trading is a bonus.
- Legal working status in the US
-Experience: Minimum of 1 year related experience or training
-Education: Min College education is preferred
