About the Role
These roles involve machine setup, operation, inspection, and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications.
- Load raw materials and tooling; perform basic offsets and adjustments.
- Monitor machining operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and report mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate production records and follow all safety protocols.
Qualifications CNC Level 1 (Entry to Intermediate)
- 2+ year CNC machine operation preferred.
- Basic understanding of machining processes.
- Ability to use measuring tools and follow work instructions.
- Experience reading simple to moderate blueprints.
CNC Level 2 (Advanced)
- 3–5+ years CNC machining experience.
- Strong blueprint reading skills, including GD&T.
- Able to perform full setups, tool changes, offsets, and troubleshoot issues.
- Experience with multiple machine types (lathe, mill, etc.) preferred.
Work Environment
- Manufacturing/production setting.
- Requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $24.71 - $38.00 per hour
