We are acquiring an established sign company in West Palm Beach and are looking for an entrepreneurial Operating Partner to help lead and grow the business.
This is not a typical General Manager position.
We’re looking for someone who wants to build long-term wealth by helping scale a company. Compensation
- $50,000–$75,000 annual salary (Year 1)

Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations
- Lead production and installation teams
- Oversee scheduling and project execution

Ideal Candidate

Experience in the sign industry is preferred but not required. Candidates with experience managing construction, manufacturing, printing, fabrication, electrical contracting, service businesses, or similar operations are encouraged to apply.
