This role supports advanced radar system development across the engineering lifecycle, from requirements through test and integration, on mission critical defense programs.
This position requires a technical background in systems or software engineering along with hands-on experience in modeling and verification.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in EE, Systems Engineering, CS, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in systems engineering
- Proficiency in C++ and MATLAB
- Scripting experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience with DOORs and Git
- Radar systems development background

- Convert radar requirements into detailed software specifications
- Develop models and run simulations to evaluate system performance
- Support system design, test, and agile engineering processes
- Support verification, integration, and certification milestones
