Job Title: Fulfillment Specialist
Description:
The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for processing orders, managing inventory, and ensuring
accurate and timely deliveries to customers. This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and
strong organizational skills to maintain smooth operations and meet customer expectations.
Areas of Competency:
● Order Processing & Fulfillment
○ Process and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
○ Verify order details and ensure proper packaging for transport.
○ Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
● Delivery & Logistics
○ Safely load, transport, and deliver products to customers in a timely manner.
○ Plan efficient delivery routes and adhere to schedules.
○ Maintain delivery records and obtain customer confirmations upon receipt.
● Inventory Management
○ Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory organization.
○ Report discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with management.
○ Ensure proper handling and storage of products.
● Quality Control & Compliance
○ Adhere to company standards for order accuracy and product integrity.
○ Follow safety protocols and compliance guidelines for handling and
transportation.
○ Conduct routine checks on shipments and deliveries to ensure quality service.
● Team Collaboration & Communication
○ Work closely with warehouse, customer service, and operations teams.
○ Communicate effectively to resolve any delivery or fulfillment issues.
○ Support team initiatives and contribute to process improvements.
● Technology & Tools
○ Utilize order processing and inventory management systems.
○ Use GPS and tracking tools for delivery route optimization.
○ Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency through technology.
Job Requirements:
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
● Experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
● Familiarity with inventory management and digital tracking tools.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
