Skin R&R is a new medical spa opening in North Scottsdale, built around one simple philosophy:

We’re not focused on simply selling treatments. We’re focused on building lasting relationships through education, personalized treatment plans, and exceptional care. We believe healthy skin starts with trust, and we’re looking for an experienced Medical Aesthetician who shares that philosophy.
What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments (Facials, Skin Pen, Chemical Peels) within your scope of practice.
- Educate clients on skin health, treatment options, and medical-grade skincare.
- Recommend treatment plans based on each client’s unique concerns and goals.
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation.
- Collaborate with our RN injectors and laser team to provide comprehensive care.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from consultation through follow-up.
- Maintain a clean, organized treatment room and uphold all safety standards.
We’re Looking For Someone Who…
- Holds a current Arizona Aesthetician License.
- Has experience in a medical spa environment (preferred).
- Is passionate about skin health and continuing education.
- Loves educating clients.
- Is warm, professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Takes pride in creating genuine relationships with clients.
- Wants to help build an incredible culture from the very beginning.
