Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures using hotel management software
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications with precision and professionalism
- Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person, providing accurate information about hotel services and local attractions
- Conduct night audits by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring data accuracy
- Monitor security systems, perform routine safety checks, and respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area while adhering to hotel policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing special requests, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, proactive approach to guest interactions
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred to enhance communication with international guests
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems is essential
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems are required
- Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
