Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization adheres to legal standards and internal policies. This position requires a strong understanding of compliance regulations, excellent data analysis skills, and the ability to manage conflicts effectively. The Compliance Analyst will work closely with various departments to promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior throughout the organization.
Essential Functions

- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with HR teams on employee orientation programs to ensure all staff are aware of compliance requirements.
- Manage conflict resolution processes related to compliance issues, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Analyze data collected from various sources to monitor compliance trends and prepare reports for management.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of compliance activities, audits, investigations, and resolutions.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by ensuring that hiring practices align with compliance standards.
- Provide training sessions for employees on compliance topics, fostering an understanding of ethical practices within the workplace.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibility.
Work Environment
This position operates primarily in an office and manufacturing environment. The role routinely involves the use of standard office equipment, including computers, telephones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
While performing job duties, the incumbent may frequently be exposed to moving mechanical parts within the manufacturing area. The noise level in the manufacturing environment is typically moderate.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Sold understanding of environmental laws and regulations.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Juris Doctor preferred.
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CHRC) preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR compliance, HR audits, or related HR roles.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
- Must possess valid documentation authorizing employment in the United States
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid passport
