California Realty Group, Inc. is a Temecula based property management company and we are currently searching for a candidate to help conduct property inspections, take advertising photos, and coordinate key pick up and drop offs at our various rental properties throughout Southern California.
Candidates will need to have availability Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm. Candidates can expect to use their personal vehicles to travel as far south as San Diego and as far north as Los Angeles, however the majority of the work will be local to the Temecula/Murrieta area. Mileage reimbursement will be provided.
Our ideal candidate is someone who presents themselves professionally and has excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidates must be able to interact in a fast pace environment and communicate with clients on a daily basis with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule various types of inspections which include move in and move outs, pre move in and pre move outs, and preventative maintenance inspections
- Write up inspection reports
- Take property pictures and upload to company website
- Install and take down rental signs
- Install lockboxes
- Drop off and pick up keys
- Hold rental showing open houses
Qualifications:
- Strong and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- At least 1 year of real estate and/or property management experience preferred
- Ability to use Nikon camera preferred
- Active CA Real Estate License Preferred
- Needs to have access to a car on a regular basis
Compensation:
$18.00-$20.00/hour with an opportunity to earn paid vacation/holiday time
