We’re looking for an energetic, passionate, and kid-loving dance assistant to join our team in
Dallas, TX! This is a paid training-to-teach opportunity for someone early in their teaching
career or returning to teaching — whether you’re a freshly graduated dancer, a new teacher, or someone ready to step into the dance education world.
About the Role: Assist an experienced dance instructor in ballet, tap, hip hop, and creative
movement classes for ages 3–7. Learn classroom management, lesson planning, and
teaching techniques — with the goal of teaching your own classes starting January 2027.
We’re Looking For:
- A bubbly, energetic personality that connects with young dancers
- Dance experience (teaching experience a plus!)
- Bilingual in Spanish & English (preferred, not required)
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Loves working with children ages 3–7
Schedule:
- Tuesdays: 4:30- 6:30 p.m.
AND/OR
- Saturdays: 7:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
