Overview
We are seeking caring and dependable Caregivers to join our team across all shifts—daytime, mid-shift, evening, overnight, and weekends. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting others through personalized care that promotes safety, comfort, and dignity. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional service in a variety of settings, including private homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and group homes.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including helping with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Support clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.g.
- Operate mobility aids such as Hoyer lifts safely while assisting with transfers or repositioning clients.
- Drive clients when necessary for appointments or errands, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain ongoing communication with families and healthcare teams to coordinate care plans effectively.
Experience
Candidates should possess ONE YEAR of PROFESSIONAL experience in long-term care environments or Home Health such as nursing homes or personal care homes. Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities—including Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or memory care—is highly valued. Additional qualifications include:
- One Year of Professional Caregiving
- Reliable Transportation
- Clear Criminal History
- Driver's License
- Knowledge of assisted living procedures and home & community care practices.
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols and vital signs monitoring..
- Proven skills in caregiving roles within group homes or retirement communities are advantageous. Pay: $12.50 per hour
