Overview
Hummingbird Nest Ranch is seeking friendly, professional, and dependable individuals to join our team as Guard Gate Staff. As the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and clients arriving at our private estate, this position plays an important role in creating a warm welcome while ensuring that access to the property is properly managed.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, clients, vendors, and staff as they arrive
- Check in visitors and verify access to the property
- Maintain awareness of vehicles and individuals entering and exiting the estate
- Provide basic directions and property information when needed
- Communicate with Hummingbird Nest Ranch staff regarding arrivals or access questions
- Maintain a professional, attentive presence at the entrance
- Assist with established gate and emergency procedures when necessary
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and attentive
- Comfortable interacting with guests, vendors, and event professionals
- Able to remain calm and professional in a busy event environment
- Previous hospitality, guest services, security, or gate experience is helpful but not required
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and event-based schedules

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 40.0 per week
