This role is ideal for someone with a few years of hands-on IT experience who enjoys solving practical technology problems, supporting users, maintaining systems, and building automations that make work easier for the corporate team and franchise owners.
This is a hands-on position that requires both technical troubleshooting and strong communication skills. The right candidate will be comfortable working with Microsoft 365 administration, user accounts, PCs, networking issues, WordPress support, and low-code tools such as Zapier.
Key Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 & User Account Support
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft accounts and services, including Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Defender, and related admin tools.
- Create, configure, and manage user accounts through Active Directory and the Microsoft Admin Center.
- Assign and revoke Microsoft licenses as needed.
- Create user mailboxes, convert mailbox types, manage shared mailboxes, and assist with mailbox permissions.
- Help investigate and resolve email delivery issues, including lost, delayed, or undelivered emails.
- Assist with remediation of compromised or hacked user accounts.
- Support password resets, access issues, permissions, and basic security troubleshooting.
Computer Setup & Technical Support

- Assist with diagnosing internet, connectivity, and access issues for corporate users and franchisees.
- Coordinate with vendors or internet service providers when issues require escalation.
- Help maintain reliable access to shared systems, files, and cloud-based tools.
Automation & Workflow Support
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot low-code automations using Zapier or similar platforms.
- Create and support automation flows for store owners and internal team members.
- Monitor existing automations for errors, broken connections, duplicate data, or process gaps.
- Work with team members to understand repetitive manual tasks and identify opportunities for automation.
- Document automation workflows so they can be maintained and updated over time.
WordPress & Website Support
- Provide basic WordPress support and troubleshooting.
- Assist with editing and creating pages, updating forms, managing plugins, and handling basic website content updates.
- Troubleshoot website functionality issues and coordinate with web vendors when needed.
