The Automotive Reconditioning Specialist provides consulting services and customer support for our used car reconditioning software, ReconVision. These consulting services and products help to increase revenue in a dealership. In this role, you will interact with Reynolds internal departments and dealership employees to deliver a high level of customer service and support as it relates to the ReconVision solution. You will be responsible for custom implementation, training, diagnosing issues, promoting sales opportunities, and managing customer relationships. Training: Our training consists of classroom-style instruction and mentorship. You will receive in-depth product knowledge training on the ReconVision solution itself, as well as general automotive reconditioning processes. Timeframe and intensity of the training period will vary depending on existing automotive knowledge, but generally lasts about 90 days.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience working in either the Parts or Service Department (Service Advisor, Technician, Reconditioning Specialist, or Parts Counterperson)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to travel, with overnight hotel stays, up to 20%
- Reynolds ReconVision experience a plus
