Duties

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans focused on outside sales, business development, and account management to expand market presence
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions using technical sales expertise
- Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Utilize analysis skills to monitor sales metrics, identify growth opportunities, and optimize team performance
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate new leads
- Use CRM tools like Salesforce to track activities, manage pipelines, and report on sales progress efficiently
Experience
- Experience in outside sales, retail, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated management skills with experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment
- Technical knowledge related to the products or services being sold is highly desirable
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships
