Position Overview
Indiana Center for Recovery in Bedford is seeking a dedicated and clinically strong Therapist to join our dual-diagnosis behavioral health treatment center. This role is ideal for a licensed clinician who has prior experience working in an inpatient behavioral health setting and is comfortable managing a clinical caseload within a structured treatment environment. The Therapist will provide individual and group therapy services to adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders while collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary treatment team.
Schedule Available: Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday-Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an assigned caseload of clients in an inpatient dual-diagnosis setting
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions as clinically indicated
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely and compliant manner
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nursing staff, case managers, and BHTs to ensure coordinated care
- Participate in treatment team meetings and provide clinical input on client progress and discharge planning
- Ensure all clinical documentation meets state, payer, and accreditation standards
- Maintain ethical, professional, and trauma-informed clinical practices
- Provide crisis intervention and clinical support as needed in an inpatient environment
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Indiana license required: LCSW, LSW, LPC, LAC, or LMFT
- Prior experience working in an inpatient behavioral health or residential treatment setting required (SUD preferred, MH exp will be considered as well)
- Experience working with dual-diagnosis populations strongly preferred
- Ability to manage and maintain a clinical caseload
- Strong clinical documentation and time-management skills
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and recovery-oriented care

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
