This is a route sales position and requires driving to multiple cities including, but not limited to: Terre Haute, IN, Muncie, IN, Columbus, OH

Advantage Solutions is seeking an experienced salesperson/merchandiser to represent our client in the pet care category. This individual actively seeks new sales opportunities and collaborates with decision-makers to implement effective selling strategies. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is organized and detailed, can work independently, and is self-motivated with a drive to succeed.

Responsibilities:
- Develop key relationships with store and market managers.
- Maintain scheduled store coverage to client standard.
- Build and maintain high-volume displays.
- Successfully secure and maintain display and shelf placement of client products.
- Identify opportunities and collaborate with store personnel to deliver sales growth through distribution maintenance and increased order volume

Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s license
- Vehicle to travel to retail locations in the territory
- M – F; 9 AM to 6 PM availability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills
- Comfortable with Outlook, Teams and learning other tablet applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
