Aveek’s Home Healthcare Services LLC specializes in providing structured, high-touch, one-on-one companion and personal care, allowing seniors to safely and comfortably remain in their private residences. Core Care Responsibilities
- Advanced Companion Care: Engaging clients in cognitive exercises, reading, hobbies, and accompanied walks through peaceful residential neighborhoods.
- Personal Care Assistance: Providing dignified, respectful help with morning/evening routines, transfers, and mobility support.
- Household Management: Preparing nutritious meals, handling light housekeeping, and managing laundry to maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Medication & Schedule Tracking: Ensuring strict adherence to wellness routines, hydration schedules, and proactively tracking any changes in condition.
- Dementia & Memory Support: Utilizing specialized, compassionate redirection techniques for clients requiring memory care.
Position Requirements & Vetting
To maintain our high standards of care, all applicants must meet the following managed agency requirements:
- Licensing: Valid Alabama Driver’s License.
- Transportation: Clean, reliable, and insured personal vehicle for local client transport.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a rigorous fingerprint criminal background check and comprehensive drug screening.
- Experience: A compassionate, professional demeanor with verifiable experience in high-end private home environments or premium senior care settings.
- Certifications: Active CPR/First Aid certification is strongly preferred.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
