Job Title: Montessori Infant Guide (12–18 months)

Job Type: Full-Time 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Montessori Infant Guide to join our Nido (infant) classroom. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is dedicated to the Montessori approach and has a love for supporting infants in their earliest stages of development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a prepared Montessori environment for infants aged 12–18 months
- Observe, guide, and support each child’s individual development
- Create a safe, clean, and peaceful learning environment
- Communicate effectively with families, providing updates and insights into their child’s growth
- Collaborate with assistant guides and school leadership
- Maintain Montessori materials and classroom organization
Requirements:
- Montessori certification for Assistants to Infancy (0–3) from a MACTE-accredited program (or currently enrolled)
- Previous experience working with infants, ideally in a Montessori setting
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must meet Texas child care licensing requirements
