Role: Sales and Customer Service, Call Center Knowledge Workers
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide WOW! Customer Service to our members
- Assist with class scheduling and billing
- Work in a sales capacity to sell new memberships
- Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate new business
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity in the CRM system
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals
- Participate in regular sales training and development activities to improve skills and knowledge
Job Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to work with children
- Prior related leadership and teaching experience is preferred (supervisory roles)
- Problem solver and creative thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges that students encounter
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or equivalent is desired. Experience as a youth sports instructor/coach, camp counselor, or aquatics instructor/supervisor is preferred.
