Duties

- Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to company policies.
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process of new team members.
- Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for both employees and customers.
