Revel Search is partnering with Stacie Chadwick of LIV Sotheby's International Realty to identify a Licensed Real Estate Assistant to join her growing luxury real estate business.
This is a hands-on role supporting a top-producing Realtor and is ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in every aspect of the transaction process while delivering an exceptional client experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
✔ Writing offers and contracts
✔ Setting showings and managing schedules
✔ Coordinating vendors, inspections, photographers, and stagers
✔ Interfacing directly with clients
✔ Showing properties when needed
✔ Supporting listings from preparation through closing
✔ Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Active Colorado Real Estate License
- Residential real estate experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional, polished, and client-focused
- Comfortable working in-office and supporting a high-performance business
