Job Characteristics
Front and Drive Cashier:
· Pleasantly greet customers and ensure that they are satisfied each time they visit our stores. Keeping customers happy will keep them eager to come back!
· Provide contagious smiles and pleasant attitudes.
· Answer questions about the menu, take orders efficiently, collect payment, give appropriate change, issue receipts and give the customer a positive experience while they check out.
· Assist with other duties that may be assigned by management such as cleaning and organizing.
Qualifications:
· Prefer open availability schedules (including weekends).
· Must be 18 years of age, 16 years old for drive-thru cashier.
· Able to stand or walk for periods of up to 4 hours.
· Must have good communication skills with customers and management.
· Must be able to take orders and repeat them back to the customer.
· Must be able to carry up to 40 lbs unassisted and over 40 lbs with the assistance of another employee.
