HHA/PCA Caregivers – Immediate Long Island Cases

Alastar Family & Senior In-Home Care, LLC is hiring compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) for cases throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties.

Hourly Pay: [$19.65–$21.29 per hour], depending on the case, schedule, location and applicable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care and daily activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Provide medication reminders within the aide’s permitted scope
- Observe and report changes in the client’s condition
- Follow the client’s plan of care and agency policies
Requirements:
- Valid New York State HHA or PCA certificate
- Current physical and required medical documentation
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Dependable, compassionate and professional
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, families and the care team
