As a Banquet Server, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing attentive, professional service at weddings, galas, corporate meetings, and special events. You'll work closely with the banquet team to ensure every event is executed flawlessly, from setup to service to breakdown, while delivering the warm hospitality our hotel is known for.

Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and service stations.

Provide friendly, attentive food and beverage service during banquets, receptions, meetings, and special events.

Serve plated meals, buffets, hors d'oeuvres, desserts, and beverages while maintaining high service standards.

Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests to ensure an exceptional dining experience.

Clear tables efficiently and assist with event breakdown and room reset for upcoming functions.

Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure banquet spaces meet cleanliness and presentation standards.

Work closely with banquet captains, culinary teams, and fellow servers to deliver seamless event service.

Report any equipment issues, safety concerns, or supply shortages to your supervisor.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.

Wear your uniform with pride and represent the hotel's commitment to excellence.

Take on other duties as assigned to support the banquet and food & beverage team.

Service-focused – Previous banquet, restaurant, catering, or hospitality experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.

Strong – You'll regularly lift, carry, push, and pull trays, tables, chairs, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg). Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching are required.

Flexible – Banquet events often take place during evenings, weekends, holidays, and early mornings, so availability for a varied schedule is essential.
