Bio-Botanica is seeking an organized, creative, and motivated Marketing Coordinator to support the growth of both our Ingredients and Contract Manufacturing (BioB MFG) business units. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone looking to build a career in B2B marketing, digital marketing, and commercial support. Working directly with the Director of Sales & Business Development, the Marketing Coordinator will execute marketing initiatives that generate qualified opportunities, support the sales team, and strengthen the Bio-Botanica and BioB MFG brands.
Primary Responsibilities – Year 1

Build and deploy email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).

Create and maintain social media content calendars for Bio-Botanica and BioB MFG.

Develop, schedule, and publish social media content while engaging with followers.

Update website pages, product pages, landing pages, and marketing forms.

Monitor Google Analytics and Search Console using existing dashboards.

Coordinate trade show logistics including registration, travel, collateral, samples, swag, booth preparation, and post-show lead processing.

Assist with attendee research and meeting scheduling before industry events.

Travel to major trade shows as needed.

Create and update sales collateral, presentations, product guides, and ICP-specific marketing materials.

Provide marketing materials to customers and distribution partners.

Research competitors, market trends, and product opportunities.

Update marketing dashboards and assist with KPI reporting.

Work with Sales, R&D, Regulatory, Customer Care, Creative, and Operations to support marketing initiatives.
Year 2 Growth Opportunities

Assist with Google Ads management and optimization.

Support Salesforce Account Engagement automation and lead scoring.

Develop AI-enabled marketing workflows to improve productivity.

Create executive dashboards and campaign performance reports.

Coordinate advertising campaigns with industry publications and partners.

Qualifications
Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

High attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Preferred

Experience with Salesforce CRM or Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).

Career Development
This position is designed as a developmental role. During the first year, the focus will be on learning the business and executing marketing initiatives. As experience grows, the Marketing Coordinator will have the opportunity to take ownership of more advanced responsibilities in digital marketing, marketing automation, analytics, AI-enabled marketing, and campaign management.
