The Automotive Service Technician/Mechanic is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining BMW vehicles to factory standards. This role is ideal for an associate-level or early career BMW technician who wants:

Perform diagnostics and repairs according to BMW factory standards

Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently

Maintain strong documentation and repair order quality

Participate in BMW training and certification programs

Collaborate with service advisors and shop leadership to ensure timely delivery

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

40+ flat-rate hours weekly (based on skill level and production)

High-quality repair standards with minimal comebacks

Consistent training progression toward higher certification levels

Strong teamwork and communication

1–3+ years dealership technician experience

BMW or multi-brand dealership experience strongly preferred

ASE certifications a plus

Valid driver’s license with clean record
