Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Waimea, HI, 96796
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $60–$65/hour
Client is seeking an experienced Long-Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment. The RN will provide quality nursing care to residents in the Long-Term Care unit, including patient assessments, medication administration, care planning, documentation, and coordination with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to Long-Term Care residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Complete assessments and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately
- Follow facility policies and nursing standards
Requirements:
- Active Hawaii RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing experience
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
Compensation:
- $60–$65 per hour
- 13-week travel assignment
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
