Nelson and Kennard, an established and growing, Sacramento based law firm is looking for an eager and ambitious entry level Skip Tracer to join our growing team! The work will be performed in a fast paced, high-volume environment. The candidate will receive thorough training and resources to succeed in this position. We are seeking enthusiastic, goal-driven individuals. We are willing to train the right candidate. This is an onsite, entry-level position in McClellan Business Park. Duties:
In this position, the applicant will perform general skip tracing to locate delinquent consumers for service or process using various public record searches and various skip tracing databases.
Skip tracing is a process used to find someone's whereabouts. The process involves verifying a debtor's information, searching public records and contacting people who know the debtor.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail oriented
- Strong time management skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently
- Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Experience is a plus
- Must pass a criminal background/drug screening check to qualify for hire
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
