LESKCA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Concrete Foundation Superintendent to lead our foundation crews on commercial construction projects. If you’re a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality work, safety, and keeping projects on schedule, we’d like to hear from you.
As a Concrete Foundation Superintendent, you’ll oversee daily field operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise daily foundation construction activities
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications
- Plan layouts and ensure work meets project requirements
- Coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress to keep work on schedule and within quality standards
- Identify and resolve jobsite issues quickly and effectively
- Conduct safety meetings and job hazard analyses
- Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Maintain daily reports, timecards, equipment logs, and project documentation
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, inspectors, and field personnel
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and operated safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and productive jobsite
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of concrete foundation construction experience
- Previous experience leading and managing construction crews
- Strong knowledge of foundation construction methods, equipment, and safety practices
- Ability to read blueprints and construction specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Class A CDL (or ability to obtain one)
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
