AAPP is seeking a creative and experienced Social Media & Website Marketing Manager to grow our brand and capture the adventures through high quality content creation and digital marketing. AAPP has locations in Kerrville and Boerne.
Responsibilities include: develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, manage website content, and optimize digital campaigns to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate measurable results. Your expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics will be essential in crafting compelling content and ensuring our online platforms perform at their best. Duties
- Develop, implement, and manage integrated social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Oversee website management using Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
- Utilize SEO tools and keyword research techniques to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic through targeted content creation.
- Design eye-catching graphics and visuals using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for social media posts, website banners, and email marketing campaigns.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook Advertising), Google Ads (including SEM and Google AdWords), and other digital channels to maximize ROI.
- Analyze web analytics data with Google Analytics, Web analytics reporting tools, and Google Tag Manager to monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and report on campaign success.
- Implement conversion optimization strategies by testing landing pages, call-to-actions, and user experience enhancements to increase lead generation and sales conversions.
- Coordinate email marketing efforts utilizing marketing automation tools to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement across multiple channels.
- Stay current with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media advertising campaigns, paid search marketing, SEO best practices, and emerging technologies like JavaScript or SQL for website performance improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing social media marketing campaigns with a strong understanding of social media management tools.
- Proficiency in website management using WordPress or similar CMS platforms; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong graphic design skills with expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite products.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs; knowledge of keyword research techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to run successful paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads (Google AdWords), and other platforms.
- Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Web analytics reporting tools, and Google Tag Manager for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent copywriting skills for creating compelling content tailored for different audiences across social media channels.
- Technical proficiency in website performance optimization techniques including conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and marketing automation systems to streamline campaign workflows.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and content management systems used for online retail or service websites is desirable.
