About Us
Community Wellness Concierge brings spa-caliber wellness services directly to residents of Boca Raton's premier luxury communities. We operate five on-site spa suites and provide in-residence treatments for clients who expect discretion, polish, and consistency. Our therapists are the reason clients rebook — we're selective, and we pay accordingly.
The Role
You set your availability. We send you the appointments — pre-booked, pre-screened, and paid through us. Sessions take place either in one of our five community spa suites or in a client's residence, depending on the booking.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You control your own schedule, accept or decline appointments, and are free to maintain other clients or a private practice.
What You'll Do
- Perform Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic, and other massage modalities within your scope of practice
- Travel between our five Boca Raton community locations and client residences based on booked appointments
- Conduct brief intake conversations and adapt pressure, technique, and positioning to each client's needs and medical considerations
- Set up and break down your workspace, maintaining a clean, calm, and unhurried environment
- Maintain session notes as required by Florida law
- Communicate promptly regarding availability, scheduling, and client concerns
What You Provide
- Your own linens, sheets, and towels
- Your own lotions, oils, creams, and specialty products
- Your own portable massage table and bolsters for in-residence visits
- Reliable transportation between appointments
- Current professional liability insurance
- Your own taxes, license renewals, and continuing education
What We Provide
- $75–$95 per hour, paid reliably, plus gratuities
- Consistent, pre-booked appointments — zero marketing or client acquisition on your end
- Fully equipped spa suites at all five communities, including tables and treatment rooms
- Client intake information in advance of every appointment
- Payment processing and gratuity handling — you never discuss money with a client
- Scheduling support, so you're not fielding booking calls
Requirements
- Active Florida massage therapy license (MA #) in good standing — required
- Minimum 2 years of professional massage experience
- Current professional liability insurance (proof required before first appointment)
- Valid Florida driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
- Ability to lift and transport a portable massage table
- Comfort working with older adults and clients with varying mobility
- Exceptional professionalism and discretion — our clients invite you into their homes
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred
- Geriatric, medical, oncology, or lymphatic drainage experience
- Additional certifications (prenatal, sports, reflexology, hot stone, craniosacral)
- Prior luxury spa, resort, or high-end hospitality experience
- Availability that includes weekday mornings and weekend afternoons
Schedule
Appointments are booked in advance from the availability you provide. Most sessions run 60 or 90 minutes. Therapists with broader availability consistently see more volume.
