Royal Specialty Cleaning Solutions LLC is seeking a reliable and experienced Floor Care Technician to perform professional commercial floor maintenance services.
Responsibilities
- Operate floor buffers and rotary floor machines.
- Use wet vacuums to remove water and stripping solution.
- Strip old wax and floor finish.
- Properly rinse, neutralize, and prepare floors.
- Apply floor wax or finish evenly and professionally.
- Perform floor scrubbing, buffing, and burnishing as needed.
- Move and return light furniture and equipment.
- Clean and properly store all machines and tools after each job.
- Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
Requirements
- Previous experience with commercial floor stripping and waxing.
- Experience operating floor buffers, rotary machines, and wet vacuums.
- Knowledge of floor care chemicals and proper application procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends when needed.
- Ability to lift equipment and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Valid authorization to work legally in the United States.
Preference will be given to candidates with floor care experience in schools, offices, commercial buildings, or similar facilities.
Job type: Project-based, part-time, or as needed.
