This hospital-employed position offers the opportunity to work in a well-established primary care group practice, with full support from a seasoned administrative team and the flexibility to shape your practice style. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care in an outpatient primary care setting
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients across the lifespan
- Collaborate closely with a team of physicians and nurse practitioners to develop treatment plans
- Phone call-only call schedule (1 in 6 weekends), with no hospital rounding required
- Support a growing patient population while delivering personalized care

- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in New York State
