Pledge Financial Services is growing fast, and we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Riverside Pawn & Jewelers Store at our Greensboro Location.

As the right-hand to the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the store runs smoothly, keeping customers happy, and helping your team grow.

Lead daily store operations and keep things running smoothly

Provide excellent service by welcoming customers, solving issues, and building trust

Assist with inventory — receiving, organizing, and keeping accurate counts

Support and motivate team members, including coaching and training

Uphold company policies and create a safe, professional work environment

Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing

Take on administrative duties and jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed
Experience in Retail, customer service, or Sales; Leadership experience is a plus
Able to inspire, guide, and support a team
Strong communication and people skills.
Problem-Solver with a customer-first mindset
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
Experience with a POS system or Inventory software is helpful but not required – we will train you.
