Duties
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities in B2B (business-to-business) markets
- Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contracts that align with company goals and client expectations
- Conduct warm calling campaigns to connect with prospective clients, introduce our solutions, and generate interest
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients
- Manage sales pipelines using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track progress, forecast revenue, and analyze sales trends
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs, emphasizing technical features and benefits
- Provide ongoing account management support to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion of existing accounts
Skills
- Proven experience in negotiation, B2B sales, and business development within technology or related sectors
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and how they integrate into sales strategies
- Expertise in technology sales with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing sales data
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—that inspire trust and foster collaboration
- Analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape for strategic decision-making
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams, manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and prioritize tasks efficiently

Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Business, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- MBA or commercial specialization is a plus.
Experience
- 5–7+ years of experience managing key industrial B2B accounts.
- Proven track record working with OEMs or strategic customers in North America.
- Experience in manufacturing, metals, or electrical components strongly preferred.
- Cross-border or international exposure is a plus.
Technical & Commercial Skills
- Strong negotiation, pricing, and commercial strategy skills.
- ERP experience (SAP preferred).
- Ability to manage complex, long-term customer relationships.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
