Your Responsibilities:
As a member of Pintas and Mullins’ intake team, the Intake Specialist Paralegal works as the initial point of contact for the law firm. You will work with prospective clients, current clients, and non-client callers, playing a vital role in the initial screening of prospective clients and providing on-going quality customer service to our existing clients.
****The Intake Specialist Paralegal works very closely with the law firm’s attorney staff and are trained in case screening techniques, making this the ideal role for someone interested in the legal field or attending law school!
***This role is in person in our Hato Rey office.
Qualifications:
Attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Ability to handle a large volume of phone calls efficiently
Excellent customer service skills
Previous law firm experience is not required, we will train you.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
Bilingual Spanish/English is required.
