We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Palletizer to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for stacking, organizing, and preparing products on pallets for storage or shipment. This is a fast-paced, physical position that plays a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Stack and arrange products onto pallets according to company standards
- Ensure pallets are stable, secure, and properly labeled
- Wrap pallets using shrink wrap or other materials for safe transport
- Inspect products for damage or defects before palletizing
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks as needed
- Work closely with warehouse team members and supervisors
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or palletizing experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Team player with a positive attitude
Pay: $23.80 - $28.70 per hour
