Job Title: Global Supply Planning / Licensed Operations Analyst

Duration: 3 months (possible extension)
Position Overview
Global Supply Planning / Licensed Operations Analyst supports the end-to-end global operations and supply planning process for assigned licensed products.
This role leads monthly and seasonal buying activities, manages purchase order execution and maintenance, monitors production and shipment status, and partners with regional planning teams, vendors, factories, logistics, and licensed partners to support on-time and in-full delivery.
The Analyst serves as a key operational contact for vendors and factories, provides reporting and system support, and helps identify and resolve potential supply gaps, delivery changes, and other issues impacting the global supply plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new-season system setup, including PIRs, routings, and other required master data.
- Execute monthly global buy cycles and seasonal SMS buys across all regions.
- Review net requirements and support purchase order execution, maintenance, and follow-up.
- Monitor confirmed purchase order CRDs and proactively follow up on deliveries to support on-time and in-full performance.
- Manage CRD change requests and communicate delivery changes, reschedules, program deliveries, seasonal deliveries, and potential supply shortfalls to key stakeholders.
- Manage purchase order maintenance and other system administrative activities.
- Own INFOR shipment support and OTP reporting, including report generation and weekly reporting to partners.
- Coordinate and participate in weekly partner meetings and provide logistics representation as needed.
- Support quarterly partner business reviews and manage the execution of quarterly global production reports.
- Provide INFOR training and ongoing system support to vendors and factories.
- Serve as a key point of contact for vendors and factories, helping resolve operational and system-related issues.
- Collaborate closely with Regional Supply Planning, Logistics, Licensed Partners, Category Management, and other cross-functional teams to align supply with regional demand.
- Monitor supply and delivery performance and proactively identify projected shortages or risks to the supply plan.
- Participate in meetings and communications related to global licensed sourcing and supply operations.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and perform additional analytical and operational activities to support Global Licensed Goods Supply Planning.
- Maintain accurate and timely system data to support effective global supply planning and execution.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in supply planning, purchasing, sourcing, production, logistics, or global operations.
- Strong understanding of purchase order management and supply chain processes.
- Experience working with ERP or supply chain systems; INFOR experience is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced Excel capabilities.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills with the ability to work effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to identify potential supply and delivery issues and proactively drive resolution.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
- Experience working with licensed products, apparel, footwear, consumer goods, or global supply chains is a plus.
