We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Assistant to support our warehouse and construction operations by maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating material deliveries, and ensuring building supplies are available when needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming construction materials, tools, and supplies.
- Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips, reporting discrepancies or damaged items.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software and spreadsheets.
- Conduct routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and notify management when materials require replenishment.
- Prepare and stage materials for construction crews and project sites.
- Coordinate deliveries and material transfers between warehouses, vendors, and job sites.
- Label, organize, and maintain clean, safe, and efficient storage areas.
- Assist with equipment tracking and ensure company tools are properly accounted for.
- Collaborate with purchasing, project managers, and field teams to support daily operations.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain compliance with inventory control standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus.
- 1–3 years of inventory, warehouse, construction, or materials management experience preferred.
- Experience with inventory management systems, Microsoft Excel, and barcode scanners is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse or construction supply environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $20.34 - $22.50 per hour
